- Bob's Balloon Ride (August 21, 2010)
A great crowd joined Bob when he led a ride around the Bealeton area as balloons took off from the "Flying Circus" for their annual festival. After-ride beverages and watermelon were another treat that'll keep these riders coming back year after year. It was fun to hear the ballooners marveling at all the cyclists! Stan Huie has provided the garmin map of the trail and some pictures from the ride.

- Pittsburgh to DC Bike Ride
Four members of the Fredericksburg Bike Club did a 5 day ride from the suburbs of Pittsburgh to Washington DC along the Great Allegheny Passage and the C&O Canal the first week of August. This VIDEO attempts to give a feel for the beauty and history we experienced on one of the finest trail rides in the United States if not the world. Included in the ride were John and Antoinette Franke, Duane Luetkenhauf and Stan Huie.
