Cannons and Pyramid Ride at Night!

Directions: From Lafayette Blvd, turn on Lee Drive and go over the big hill and park in the circle at the bottom of the hill on your left in Fredericksburg, VA near the corner of Rt3 and Lafayette.

Time: 8pm to 9pm.

Cue Sheet:

· Start at the parking lot circle and go left.
· Cross over Landsdowne Rd. and keep straight.
· Turn around at the Cannons.. (5 miles.)
· Cross over Landsdowne Rd. and keep straight.
- (Option) Go over the big hill and turn around at next parking lot before Lafayette Blvd. Go over big hill again.
· End at parking lot. (10 miles)

Ride Description: This ride is designed for families and fun. It is a social ride. Since it will be dark during the ride, helmets and front and rear lights are required. The pace of the ride will be between 10 and 15mph. This is a great ride to break out the flat handlebar bikes. If you prefer to bring a road bike, I suggest riding the route twice to get 20 miles in. The entire ride should last between 45 minutes to an hour.

Terrain: Flat to rolling with one big hill that is optional on the route. Members can turn around in the parking circle before the big hill as an option.
