Cannonball Pre-Ride (Double / Double)

Double / Double Cycling Challenge

Description

The challenge has been set.   We will start with a double metric in one day (yes, you read that right….two metrics in one day), followed by a double century the following weekend.  The double metric will be run in a single day while the double centuries will be run on back-to-back days (one century per day).  Are you up for the challenge?  Are you ready to push your endurance?  Start training now.   More details to follow.

• 11 Sept - Week one will start from the YMCA to ride a metric in the morning, take a break for lunch and complete a second metric in the afternoon

• Week two will ride the FCC Cannonball Century Pre-ride on Saturday and the Capital Trail from Richmond, VA to Jamestown, VA and back on Sunday.
