Description: This year the banquet will be held in the ballroom at the University of Mary Washington Jepson Center. It is a very nice venue, and while we have been very happy at Brock's, this year we are shooting for a change of pace. We moved it to the Sunday one week after our traditional Sunday to avoid conflict with the football playoffs.
Our guest speaker: Master Bike Fitter and former Olympian Clovis Anderson
Cost: $25 per person. Water, tea and coffee will be provided with the meal and a full cash bar will be available for other beverages.
Parking: Available in a small faculty/staff lot next to the building, in front on Hanover street and across the street in the Tennis Center parking lot.
Start time: The event starts at 4PM for a social hour, followed by dinner, our guest speaker and then club business. The latter includes a summary of the years' activities, and recognition of individuals for special contributions and awards. Lastly, we will hold our club elections. ALL positions, to include coordinators, are open. More information on that will be provided as we get closer to the event.
The Jepson is a very nice place to have a nice evening out with your significant other. Business casual dress is the perfect fit.
