A Visit to Brandy Station Battlefield
Location: Lenn Park, 19206 Edwin Way, Culpeper, VA 22701
This is the 4th Thursday "Variety Pack" ride from Stevensburg (Lenn Park)
We will start from and return to Lenn Park (playground area) on Stevensburg Road (Rt 663) one mile north of Route 3. Lenn Park has porta-potties and ample parking.
This ride goes thru Culpeper via Bragg's Corner road. and heads west along some of the roads used in the Culpeper Century. A rest stop will be at the corner store in Remington at 25 miles. Another fluid opportunity presents itself at Elkwood after crossing 29 at mile 30.
Fluid for the 22-mile shortcut route is available at the store in Brandy Station on the 18 mile mark.
